My 12 session “From Survive to Thrive” bespoke coaching package will give you:

  • Weekly or Bi-Weekly 75-minute coaching sessions via telephone or Zoom

  • Tools and strategies to enable your own needs to be met while also meeting the needs of your child and managing the dynamics and needs of other family members
